Self-delivery stack

Delivery Apps

Dispatch panel, rider app, and rider-zone screens — Sinqro's own self-delivery technology for restaurants running their own riders.

Three surfaces, one product

What you get when you turn it on.

Dispatch Panel

Manager-facing browser surface. Assign orders to riders, see per-rider load, group stops on the same route, watch ETA drift in real time, pause own-fleet acceptance and fall back to the marketplace fleet when service is at risk.

Rider App

Phone app in the rider's pocket. Pickup queue, route to drop with one-tap navigation, customer call from inside the app, cash collection and tip recording, status updates that flow back to the panel and to Order Hub.

Rider Screens

Informational and interactive displays in the rider zone of the venue. Which orders are ready, which rider is taking what, ETA to the drop, a tap to call the next rider waiting. Designed for a wall-mounted screen the team consults at a glance — not a kitchen display.

Pick the right surface

Delivery Apps is NOT…

Not an aggregator. If you want Sinqro to plug your restaurant into Glovo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Stuart or the dispatch software you already pay for — that is Order Hub, and the integration catalog lives at /store. Delivery Apps is what Sinqro provides when YOU are the dispatch software: native panel, native rider app, native rider-zone screens, all built by Sinqro for self-delivery operations, all sitting on top of the same operating layer the rest of Sinqro reads.

What this tool unlocks per solution

What Delivery Apps does for every solution you have active.

Concrete actions per combo — not abstract capabilities. If a venue has the solution active, this is what Delivery Apps actually lets the team do.
