External assistant

Assistant MCP

A Model Context Protocol server that exposes the same operations Assistant Chat runs, so the AI assistant your team already uses (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor) can read Sinqro's live data and trigger actions directly. Same auth model, same per-solution permissions. Companion to Assistant Chat — same registry, different consumer.

How it works

Bring your own assistant

MCP exposes the same operations as the Chat tool over the open Model Context Protocol standard. Point Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP-capable client at the endpoint, authenticate as a Sinqro user, and your assistant operates Sinqro with the same per-solution permissions as your team does in Dashboard.

What this tool unlocks per solution

What Assistant MCP does for every solution you have active.

Concrete actions per combo — not abstract capabilities. If a venue has the solution active, this is what Assistant MCP actually lets the team do.

Order Hub Triage the inbox from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

Plug the assistant your team already uses into Sinqro. It reads pending orders, accepts, rejects, or pauses channels — the same actions Chat exposes, just driven from outside Sinqro with the same per-solution permissions.

Master Catalog Menu writes from your external assistant

Have Claude regenerate the English translations of every starter, push the new prices for Saturday, or hide an item across channels. The same Master Catalog actions Menu Studio runs, exposed as MCP tools.

Live Data Live monitoring from the assistant you trust

Your assistant can poll the live signal stack, replay a window, and surface the relevant moments — useful when an external operations analyst lives in ChatGPT or Claude Desktop instead of in Dashboard.

Data Sync Sync audits from outside Sinqro

An external assistant can ask which batches reached Holded, retry failed ones, or build a reconciliation report at month-end — without giving the accountant a Sinqro login.

Automations Edit rules from your favourite assistant

Drive automation authoring from outside: Cursor can propose a rule from a code-style description, Claude Desktop can summarize last week's automation fires, ChatGPT can suggest tweaks. All with the same floors, ceilings and approvals Dashboard enforces.

Analytics Briefings native to your assistant

Have your assistant pull the same Analytics surfaces Dashboard shows — demand forecast, menu engineering, pricing signals — and answer questions inside the chat window your team already lives in.
