External signals from POS and channels
Sinqro polls your POS for the operational state nobody else sees: tables occupied, kitchen pressure, items currently firing, how long table 7 has been open. And against the channels: is your Glovo store actually open right now, or showing a tray-icon block to the customer.
Exogenous context
Live weather, local events, traffic, festivities. The context that explains why Saturday at 21:30 your kitchen exploded — and the context that makes Live Data more than dashboards Sinqro could already draw from its own data.
Replay — the shift, frame by frame
Snapshots are recorded continuously while the shift runs. On Monday morning the manager scrubs back to 'Saturday 21:30→22:30' and sees exactly what the system was seeing — every channel state, every queued order, every signal — at every moment.
Marketplace dispute resolution
When Glovo claims your store was closed and the dispute lands on your desk, the replay shows the real-time store status at the exact minute the order was rejected. Evidence, not memory.
Training and post-mortem
Senior managers can pull up exactly how they handled a saturated Friday and walk a new shift manager through it. Operational know-how stops living in heads and starts living in replays.

Live Data ships two modes. Standard is the live ops board plus the replay archive — read from Dashboard to see what's happening now and what was happening at any past moment, including dispute evidence against marketplaces. The AI tier adds the Demand Forecasting agent (uses internal + exogenous signals together for sharper forecasts), Chat (natural-language access to the live state and replay archive) and MCP (live + replay tools partners can call from their own assistant).
